Fire Protection · 1997
Supervised installation and commissioning of an NFPA 20-compliant, UL/FM fire-fighting system rated at 2,500 GPM and 8 bar, including diesel and electric drives, jockey pump, valves, and controls.
Fire Protection · 2003
Delivered high- and low-pressure fire-fighting systems for two pressure zones, including UL/FM pumps, diesel standby, pressure maintenance, control panels, data logging, and pressure controls.
HVAC & Controls · 1998–1999
Designed, supplied, supervised, and commissioned chilled-water pumps, control valves, and automated switchgear for alternating rotating equipment.
Water Infrastructure · 2002
Delivered a multistage pump station, water-hammer protection, large diaphragm tank, flow controls, valves, fabricated piping, coating, testing, and commissioning.
Water & Wastewater · 2004
Delivered campus water production, distribution, and utilities systems including deep-well pumps, split-case cold-water pumps, manifolds, lift stations, and motorized flow controls.
HVAC & Fire Protection · 2001–2002
Designed and delivered HVAC systems, control valves, split-case pumps, and electrical controls through testing and commissioning.
Potable Water · 1998
Supported potable-water storage and distribution networks with PE piping, valves, joints, air release, construction management, supervision, and handover.
Wastewater · 2002
Supplied and installed lift-station equipment, ductile-iron piping and fittings, puddle flanges, stainless-steel screens, and accessories.
Wastewater · 2003
Supplied wastewater fittings, puddle flanges, air-release valves, and accessories with installation supervision and startup.
Potable Water · 2003
Supplied, supervised, and commissioned a potable-water system with pipes, fittings, house connections, buried valves, manhole covers, hydraulic controls, and air release.
Water Transmission · 2002
Supplied 13 km of ductile-iron transmission and distribution piping with fittings, valves, house-connection components, and accessories.
Fire Protection · 2003
Delivered an NFPA 20-compliant, UL/FM 500 GPM fire-pump system with diesel, electric, and jockey pumps, listed valves, and controllers.
HVAC & Fire Protection · 2001
Delivered chilled-water pumps and valves plus an UL/FM 750 GPM fire-fighting system through installation and commissioning.
Automation & Control · 2001
Supplied and commissioned pneumatic butterfly control valves up to 900 mm and related piping accessories for water-system automation.
Water Infrastructure · 2003
Supplied large-diameter butterfly and knife-gate valves, piping, and air-release valves with supervision, testing, and commissioning.
